Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and include the original packaging and accessories.

Please do not return any product without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photographs/videos showing the issue.

After verification, we may arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once an approved returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method or through an agreed payment method.

Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Return shipping

For returns caused by an incorrect, defective or damaged item supplied by us, we will bear the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, return shipping will be customer's responsibility & deducted from the refund.

Non-returnable products

The following may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns: custom-made products, personalized products, clearance products. This does not affect remedies that may be available for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misrepresented products.

Order cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time before payment has been made.

Because orders submitted through our website are initially pending shipping and final-price confirmation, no payment is collected when the initial order is placed. Once the final amount has been confirmed and payment has been received, cancellation may be possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched or entered production/preparation.

Custom-made, personalized or specially procured products may not be cancellable once production or procurement has started. After dispatch, any request will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
